Thanks to our participants, sponsors & volunteers!
The Little Sisters and our race committee thank you for helping us celebrate recovery from the horrible COVID-19 pandemic which hit Jeanne Jugan Residence particularly hard. See Mother Margaret’s pre-race message below.
Our 9/12/20 event held “off campus” at Midnight Oil Brewery was great fun, with 200 registered participants!
Make it a Habit and come back next year when we hope to return to the Residence!

Mother Margaret’s Pre-Race Message Read to Participants
Dear Friends,
Welcome to the very first NUN RUN without the NUNS being present! However I asked Debbie to make sure all of you know that we will be there in spirit, following the event closely through the phone. We, Little Sisters will miss greeting those familiar faces who participate each year, and then also welcoming new faces. Thank you for your presence! Our team from Jeanne Jugan who are overseeing this EVENT have worked hard to make it happen. They were determined not to let COVID 19 stop this healthy and enjoyable time together.
Before taking off, be assured of the prayers of all the Residents and Little Sisters. Next year, we hope that you all will be once more in our backyard!!
Have a great Race and may the Lord bless the Runners and the Walkers, and protect you from all harm.
Thank you again for your support in this event for the good of the Residents!!
God bless each and every one!

The Nun Run 5K raises funds for the Sisters to care for the needy aged in the Delmarva area, in the Jeanne Jugan Residence.
For over 100 years they have offered quality care in a loving home atmosphere to thousands of elderly persons of low income.
We thank all who participated, volunteered, or sponsored us in 2020!
